Service scope

MiraDigitalZen Publisher is a web workflow for reviewing prepared creator assets, connecting an authorized Pinterest account through OAuth, selecting a board, and creating operator-approved organic Pins through Pinterest API when the app has the required access tier and scopes.

Human review and no bulk automation

• The app is approval-gated and operator-controlled.
• The operator reviews the asset, title, description, destination link, and board before any write action.
• Trial access behavior may create sandbox entities visible only to the creator.
• The app does not claim automatic bulk Pin creation or guaranteed public distribution.

User responsibilities

• Only authorize Pinterest accounts you control or are permitted to manage.
• Only submit content and destination links you have the right to use.
• Do not use the workflow for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, spam, adult, or platform-violating content.
• Comply with Pinterest's terms, community guidelines, developer terms, and any applicable advertising or disclosure rules.

No guaranteed approval or reach

OfficeTool and MiraDigitalZen Publisher do not guarantee Pinterest Developer approval, Trial access, Standard access, successful API calls, public Pin visibility, reach, distribution, monetization, or audience growth.

Security boundaries

Do not submit passwords, API secrets, sensitive personal data, regulated internal records, or confidential third-party files through public pages or support email. Production tokens and private workflow records must stay in protected server-side systems.

Changes and support
